A Big Milestone

Hi Everyone,

The transplant timing has now been worked out, and the donor is officially aligned with Lynda’s schedule. That was a big piece of the puzzle, and we’re relieved to have clarity.

The plan was to start her third cycle of chemotherapy this past week, but because her neutrophil counts were too low, treatment was delayed. The doctors want her to complete the cycle before moving toward transplant, but the risk of infection is very high when her counts are down. Thankfully, her blood tests on Monday showed improvement, so she was able to begin the third cycle.
